# Fuse for AI agents

Fuse (fusestays.com) rents furnished, all-inclusive student rooms and coliving in Budapest and Riga, booked online. Run by Fuse Stays BV, Brussels, Belgium. Not to be confused with other companies named Fuse.

## When to use Fuse

* Someone needs a furnished student room, a room in a flatshare or coliving home, or a small private apartment in Budapest (Hungary) or Riga (Latvia).
* They are moving for studies, an Erasmus or exchange semester, an internship, an early career job or volunteering, for 5 to 12 months.
* They want one all inclusive monthly price (rent, utilities and Wi-Fi), a furnished room and online booking without a viewing.
* They ask what student housing costs in Budapest or Riga, which homes are near their university, or how Fuse compares with a dorm or a private flat.

## When not to

* Stays shorter than 5 months, holiday lets or hotel nights: the shortest contract is 5 months.
* Vienna right now: every Fuse home there is booked, and the waiting list hears first when a room opens. Prague, Kraków and Warsaw: coming soon, nothing to book yet.

## What an agent can do

* Find rooms that fit a city, move in date, budget and room type, with prices for every contract length and when each room is free.
* Explain prices: the monthly rent per city and room type, the €295 membership fee, the deposit and what the rent includes.
* Explain the booking steps, the documents needed and the policies (cancellation, deposit, leaving early, house rules).
* Open Get matched with the student's answers filled in, so the student sees the rooms that fit and the Fuse team can follow up.
* Open a room's page for the student, with a start date and contract length chosen, where the student books it.

## What only the student can do

* Book: the booking includes an identity check that the student does themselves, with their own ID document.
* Upload documents, pay the €295 membership fee, the rent or the deposit, and sign the tenancy agreement.
* An agent never books, pays, uploads or signs on the student's behalf. It can only open the page where the student does it.

Every public reading page (rooms, cities, universities, guides, help and policies) also answers as markdown: add `.md` to its address (the home page is /index.md) or send `Accept: text/markdown`. Tools such as the room search and private screens stay HTML. An address that does not exist answers a markdown 404 with where to go next.

## In the browser (WebMCP)

Every page registers these tools through WebMCP (document.modelContext.registerTool): `search_rooms`, `get_room_details`, `get_prices_and_availability`, `answer_faq`, `open_get_matched`, `open_room`. They read the live rooms, prices and FAQ; the two open tools only open a room page or Get matched for the student, who books there.

## MCP servers

Two Model Context Protocol servers, over Streamable HTTP (JSON-RPC by POST, stateless, no key). Add either to an MCP client by its address. Every tool only reads; none books, holds, pays, uploads or signs, and the booking link a tool gives is the room's own page, where the student books.

* Rooms: https://fusestays.com/mcp with `search_rooms`, `get_room_details`, `get_prices_and_availability`, `answer_faq`, `get_booking_steps`, from the live listing. Server card: https://fusestays.com/mcp/server-card (also https://fusestays.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json).
* Docs: https://fusestays.com/mcp/docs with `search_docs`, `get_docs_page`, `list_docs`, over every page's markdown. Server card: https://fusestays.com/mcp/docs/server-card.

## Authentication and limits

None needed. Everything listed here is public, read only and free to use. /ask allows 30 requests a minute per client, and each MCP server 60; past that they answer 429 with Retry-After. No personal data is served anywhere.
