Start on 1 February 2027 for any of these universities. Pick a room on the February list and choose 1 February and your contract length. You need to be 18 by your start date. 2. Enter your details. Within 48 hours, upload your passport or national ID and a document that shows why you're coming and for how long, such as your acceptance letter or Erasmus confirmation. 3. Our team checks your documents and approves your booking. 4. Pay the €295 membership fee to reserve the room. Your tenancy agreement opens straight away: sign it within 48 hours. 5. Pay the deposit within 14 days of signing and the first month's rent within 30 days. If you move in within 30 days of signing, both are due 3 days after you sign. Once both payments are in, your arrival details, including how to collect your keys, come by the day before you move in. You pay one monthly price for a furnished room with electricity, water, heating and WiFi included. * **Monthly price:** on each room's page, for 5, 6 and 12 months. * **Membership fee:** €295, once, to reserve your room. * **Deposit:** 2 times the base monthly rent, which is the monthly price less €135 for utilities. For a room at €580 a month, that's €890. You get it back within 30 days of handing back the room, minus only unpaid rent, damage or cleaning. * **Fair use:** if the utilities of your room or flat go above €70 in a month, the extra can be charged.
