You can still book with a minor declaration, and our team reviews your booking personally. * You are moving to Budapest for a set time: studies, an internship, a first job, volunteering, Erasmus or another exchange. * You upload a passport or national ID, plus a document that shows the purpose of your stay, like an enrolment letter or internship agreement. * Most residents are under 35. Older? Email support@fusestays.com and we review your application personally. [Full booking policy](https://fusestays.com/booking-policy). ### Check-in and keys * By the day before you move in, once both payments are in, we email you how to get to the building and how to collect your keys. * Want to arrive early? Ask us in advance. It depends on availability and may cost extra. ### Visa and residence permit * Visa refused? Send us the official rejection letter within 7 calendar days of the refusal. You get your deposit and any rent back in full, and the €295 fee becomes a credit valid for 12 months. Contracts start on the 1st or the 15th of the month. No payment now. We check your documents first. Have ready: your passport or ID card and your letter. ### How booking works * Your passport or ID card: For a photo of it and a short selfie, on your phone or computer. * A letter that shows why you are moving: Admission or enrolment letter. Internship, job or exchange letters work too. * No payment until we have checked them: Then €295 holds the room, and your contract opens on our page to sign.
