# Fuse prices

One monthly price covers your furnished room, utilities and WiFi. On top you pay a €295 membership fee once and a deposit. From the live listings, read on 23 October 2026.

## What the rent includes

* A furnished room
* Electricity, water and heating
* WiFi

## On top of rent

* €295 membership fee, paid once to hold your room after your documents are approved. Not refundable, except: it is refunded in full if Fuse cancels for a reason that is not your fault, turns down an application that meets every criterion, or the law requires a refund; and if your visa is refused or a serious medical condition stops you moving in, and you send proof within 7 calendar days of it, it becomes a credit valid for 12 months.
* A deposit, back within 30 days of move out, less only unpaid rent, damage beyond normal wear and tear, or cleaning.
* The first month's rent and the deposit are paid before you move in.

## Contract lengths

5, 6, 10 or 12 months, starting on the 1st or the 15th of a month. Shorter contracts cost more per month; 12 months is the lowest rate.
