BUILT AROUND THE SEMESTER
A contract that ends when your lectures do
Everywhere else, the shortest Fuse contract is five months. A spring semester at Corvinus does not need that, so this page has a four month term made for it: move in on 1 February 2027 and leave on 31 May 2027, when your lectures end. The monthly rate is our five month price spread over these four months.
Plus a membership fee of €295, paid once when you book. It reserves your room and gives you access to the Fuse community and events.Arriving later? You can move in on Monday 15 February 2027 or Monday 1 March 2027, and you still pay for the whole term, from Monday 1 February 2027 to Monday 31 May 2027.

Your furnished room, all utilities (gas, water, electricity and heating), wifi, and use of the shared spaces in the building. It is a fixed monthly amount, so it does not change with the season or if you are away for part of a month.
Because a spring semester at Corvinus does not need a longer contract, and the shortest Fuse contract everywhere else is five months. This page is the exception, made for Corvinus students. The term runs from 1 February to 31 May 2027, and the price on every room is the price for those four months.
Yes. It is the Corvinus rate for that room and term, and it is the figure in your contract. It differs from our main site because it is set for this page and this term.
The membership fee of €295 is paid once when you book, through the link that comes with your contract. Paying rent or the deposit from the US? You can pay by card through a payment link, with a 4% card fee. The deposit is covered below. No payment of any kind is taken on this page.
Two times the base monthly rent, which is the standard Fuse deposit for Budapest. The prices on this page are all inclusive (fair use applies, see the FAQ), and base rent is that figure less €135 of utilities, so a room at €865 a month has a deposit of €1,460. Each room shows its own. It is held in a separate account and returned within 30 days of you handing the room back, less anything owed for unpaid rent or damage.
The €295 membership fee when you sign your contract. The deposit and your first month by Wednesday 27 January 2027, or 3 days after you sign if that day has passed. After that, rent is requested on the 20th of each month and due on the 27th. Paying from the US? You can pay by card through a payment link, with a 4% card fee.

Every building on this page is in central Pest. The journey times by tram, metro or bus are door to door journeys planned by BKK, Budapest’s own transit authority, and run from nine to eighteen minutes. Walking times are our own estimates from each address to Fővám tér 8, and the nearest building is about nine minutes on foot. Four of the ten buildings have air conditioning, which matters more in a Budapest May than you would think.
Each building on this page shows photos of a room or of its shared spaces. Rákóczi út 48 to 50 also shows a visualisation, labelled on the image. You can ask us for more on WhatsApp before you decide, and if something is not as promised when you arrive, tell us and we will sort it out.
