Modernist centre, medieval old town
Two hours, starting in the city centre and ending somewhere much, much older.
The city centre
We start in downtown Riga, among some of the finest Art Nouveau architecture in Europe.
Parks & gardens
A green, walkable stretch through Riga's downtown parks. The calm before the cobblestones.
Old Riga
The finale. Medieval streets, squares and church spires that predate the rest of the city by centuries.
In short: the modernist centre and Medieval Old Riga, back to back, led by someone who knows both well.

Comfortable shoes and water. We walk the full two hours, rain or shine, so check the weather that morning.
