You are 18 or older on your contract start date. Under 18? You can still book with a minor declaration, and our team reviews your booking personally.
You are moving to Riga for a set time: studies, an internship, a first job, volunteering, Erasmus or another exchange.
You upload a passport or national ID, plus a document that shows the purpose of your stay, like an enrolment letter or internship agreement.
Most residents are under 35. Older? Email support@fusestays.com and we review your application personally.
Full booking policy
By the day before you move in, once both payments are in, we email you how to get to the building and how to collect your keys.
Want to arrive early? Ask us in advance. It depends on availability and may cost extra.
Visa refused? Send us the official rejection letter within 7 calendar days of the refusal. You get your deposit and any rent back in full, and the €295 fee becomes a credit valid for 12 months.
Visa guide for Riga
Before you pay the €295 fee: walk away any time, at no cost.
After the fee, before you sign: you only lose the €295 fee.
Within 7 days of signing: change your mind and get your deposit and rent back. The fee is kept.
After that, before you move in: your first month's rent comes back, the deposit and fee do not.
Plans change after move in? Pass your contract to someone eligible for a €50 takeover fee.

All house rules
You get your rent request on the 20th, and payment is due on the 27th for the next month.
Rent and deposit go by bank transfer to SIA Fuse Hotel Latvia in Riga. The membership fee is paid by card.
Late payment: after the 27th, a fee applies for each day until it is paid: 0.5% a day.
